Stylish home decorated with style and comfort in mind. We can boast about a king size bed in the master bedroom and a 4K TV in there too. We have wireless chargers in every room and a working desk with blue tooth speaker and USB ports. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We’re right in the centre, very close to the university and parking facilities. Very close to the bus station and 5-7 mins walk from the train station this really is the ideal.

The flat is a stone throw away from the city centre and has a lot of things close by. The train station and bus station are very close, the high street is 30 seconds away and night life is at an arms reach. The V and A museum is in close proximity (around 2-3 mins walk) and so is slessor gardens for concerts and events. The heart of Dundee.

Guest Access

Access the property with a key from our lockbox. Access is gained from a grey door next to corfu kebab and then up one flight of stairs, and then through the first door on the left.

Had a lovely stay with my family at Fawaz's place in Dundee, the apartment was easy to find and really close to Caird Hall and the city centre which was perfect for us! The area was walkable, quiet and safe, and entry to the property was easy and perfect instructions were provided, the beds were also really comfortable!

Fawaz was a great host and very responsive to questions. The flat was centrally located and walking distance to high street and the town centre. Inexpensive parking available nearby. The lobby as described by many was tired and needed upkeep but the property was pristine. It was safe and comfy for my family. I would recommend Fawaz’ place.
